New Construction

The house started its life as a three-story Victorian in 1893. In the 1930s it was remodeled into a Mediterranean-style residence. More recently it was modified and expanded to resemble a Tuscan Villa, with the classic red tile roof and arches throughout. The new construction took over 12 years, it has approximately 10,000 sqft.
