High Basement Queen Anne built in 1889 by Unknown Architect Builder: MacRae Brothers Cost $3,500

High basement Queen Anne cottage with an Eastlake stained glass “Church window” on the porch. It has a 3-sided slanted bay window and intricate basket weave pattern above it. Also, notice the twin heraldic shields on the tip of both gable roofs.
