Early Colonial Revival built in 1906 by Architect & Builder: C.W. MacRae Cost $3,500

Story-and-a-half early Colonial Revival residence. The second floor is built into the roofline, as evidenced by the large dormer along the front of the house. Note the elaborate corbels beneath the eaves. The stone veneer was probably added to the front porch when the basement garage was built in 1932.
