Colonial Revival built in 1896 by Architect: E. Kollofrath & Builder: David S. Brehaut Cost: $4,685

A “textbook” Colonial Revival, its 4-sided round bay features flat decorative doric pilasters in between the windows. The large Palladian window above it features a unique horned owl in place of what is typically a rounded window. Notice the impressive doric columns that line the porch entry. Don’t miss the curved sunroom on the east side hidden behind shrubbery.
