These high basement Queen Anne cottages were built on speculation by a short-lived firm. Henry Mohns had previously commissioned speculative houses from Marcuse & Remmel. Even though window sash has been replaced, both cottages retain their facade ornament like the patterned shingles and the very unique sunbursts.
