Colonial Revival - Built in 1900 Architect C. H. Russell Cost $8,000

An expansive Colonial Revival with massing and roof line more resembling the Queen Anne style. The siding, columns and decorations are more in line with the classic feel of the Colonial Revival style. It has been altered over the years and what was once a "porte cochere" has been converted into a room. And if you compare the pictures of the old and new, the west gable was modified to incorporate additional living space on the second story.

\*Porte cochere (definition): a roofed structure extending from the entrance of a building over an adjacent driveway and sheltering those getting in or out of vehicles
