Transitional Queen Anne to Colonial Revival - 1007 built in 1898 by Brehaut & Cornelius and 1011 built in 1895 by A.W. Pattiani

Both impressive houses are good examples of transitioning from Queen Anne into the Colonial Revival style. Notice the one on the left has the gable roofline and rounded tower which point to the Queen Anne style, but the columns on the front porch are very Colonial Revival. The Pattianni on the right has a round tower in the front that pierces both rooflines, this is a very unique detail. And although the massing is closer to the Queen Anne style, the lack of ornamentation is more in line with the Colonial Revival style.
