Colonial Revival - Built in 1901 by Alameda Land Co Architect and cost unknown

“Classic Box” Colonial Revival with many classical details including the “egg & dart” in the frieze band, Corinthian columns on the porch, oval window and the corner “Ionic pilasters”. The “triple-lap” siding is actually a single board that appears to be 3 narrow pieces and it is a standard feature of this style.
