Queen Anne - Row built in 1890 by Joseph A. Leonard

This Victorian Row is quite the sight! These 2 story Queen Anne Victorians were originally all very similar in size and floor plans. Leonard added variety with modifications of the roof line, porch gables and decorative elements of shingles in varying patterns, as well as fancy woodwork and spindles. Most of the homes have been altered in some way over the years, with some being divided into units.
