This Queen Anne is the largest and the most expensive of the row on this side of the street. It has tastefully lifted to include an apartment on the ground floor. Look at the gable and the beautiful detail at the top. As you stand at the corner, there are many Leonards on both sides of this block, notice that as we get to the water the houses get successively bigger in size and more ornate.
