Queen Anne - Built in 1892 by Joseph A. Leonard Cost $4,200

Beneath the vinyl veneer, there is a Queen Anne Victorian. This house has been heavily modified over the years. You can see that it lost all the fretwork on the porch, including the balusters and columned brackets, and in the second story it lost all of its beautiful detailing as well.

Woody Minor writes in his book "A Home in Alameda": "In 1949 the house was converted to three units; a fourth unit was added at the rear in 1954."
