Queen Anne - Built in 1890 and 1891 by Joseph A. Leonard

Even though 1904 has not been stuccoed over, the shingle siding is probably not original. The other two houses, originally built as single family homes have been stuccoed and heavily modified to accommodate apartments in the late 1930s. How do we know they were once Queen Anne's? Not just because of the date and builder, but because the round towers with their caps still remain.
