Built in 1940's “afterthought house” Colonial detailing

This is the first house on the tour of what Denise Brady calls "afterthought houses", built on property that originally belonged to the larger house next to them and which at some point, typically in the 1940s, was sold. In this case, this lot was originally part of the parcel from 899 Union around the corner. This is a 1940 interpretation of a Colonial style.
