Colonial Style built in 1897 by Architect: William C. Copeland and Charles V. Pierce Builder: Peter Christensen Cost: $8,000

Colonial style with a Dutch Gambrel roof. Note the Palladian window on the Dayton Avenue elevation with its opalescent glass and ethereal quality. The upper sash of many windows has hourglass style mullions, similar to the diamond pane windows seen on many other houses. Notice the decorative sawtooth shingles on the siding.
