Colonial Revival Style built in 1896 by Architect: Joseph H. Littlefield Builder: Charles E. Nicholas Cost: $4,500

A stately Colonial Revival residence with a grand circular portico supported by imposing Ionic columns. The “pineapple” shaped capitals are a symbol of welcome and hospitality. Acanthus leaf corbels decorate the already grand entrance. It is rumored that the basement ballroom was a speakeasy during prohibition.
