Tudor Revival built in 1904 by Architect: O'Brian and Werner Builder: C.M. MacGregor Cost: $4,800

Tudor Revival with half-timbering. The original Medieval English style used “Daub and Wattle” construction of a structural timber frame infilled with an early form of plaster. The early 20th century Revival style replaces the plaster with stucco, and the timber framing is a non-structural veneer. Some of the “timbers” are painted on the stucco to accentuate the style.
