Colonial Revival Style built in 1898 Architect: B.E. Remmel Builder: D.S. Brehaut Cost: $7,000

This spectacular Colonial Revival classic box features a unique Palladian Dormer with fluted Doric columns. Note the ornate corbels beneath the eaves of the roof and a pair of oculus windows with keystone trim, a common feature of more elaborate Colonial Revival residences.

The adjacent Dutch gambrel house built in 1910 was the original boat house to the estate.
