One of the most iconic homes on the Gold Coast, it’s the ultimate in Colonial Revival with Italian renaissance detailing. Notice the half-fluted Ionic columns and the elaborate railing at the portico and main roof. Known as the Tilden Mansion for Major Charles Tilden who bought the villa in 1902. He hired famed local architect Julia Morgan to remodel the dining room in 1910.
