Built on speculation, the house sports a gable roof with jerkinhead and clipped corner eave, along with paired diamond-shaped windows in the main gable. Note the deeply recessed diamond-pane window in the portico. The original balustrade has been replaced. A Model T garage was added to the side of the house in 1917.
