Another important corner house, anchoring the beautiful 1894 row at the intersection. In the 1980s, the house was raised slightly and converted to three units. It has a rounded front bay with plaster frieze and a gable with stippled plaster infill. The rounded porch with arched portal is particularly fine. The decorative plaster designs were removed at some point from the band separating the two stories.
