Transitional Colonial Revival to Craftsman - Built in 1910 and 1912

The first one, 1714 its massing is Colonial Revival with a hipped roof and prominent dormer. And 1718, its massing feels Colonial Revival with the faceted bay, but it has a shed roofline giving into the Craftsman era, although it has a dormer - typical of the Colonial Revival - it's roofline is also shed. Notice another element of the Craftsman era is the use of the clinker brick.
