Queen Anne - Built in 1891 by Joseph A. Leonard Cost $7,000

This Queen Anne showcases how creative Leonard was with the roofline, dormer, windows, balconies, porch, turned wood, etc. So much to enjoy! Look at the black and white picture above and notice that at some point all the fretwork on the second story balcony was lost, that's why the wood frame today looks odd. There were also arches and fretwork on the front porch connecting the columns.
