Queen Anne - built in 1891 and 1892 by Joseph A. Leonard Cost $4,000 - $4,200

These Queen Anne houses stand out for different reasons: ​

1821 has the most elaborate swirled frieze band, there's a twin of this house on San Jose Ave. in the East End.

1817 has an asymmetrical gable, with a tall faceted turret rising up from the porch.

And 1813 has the most spectacular “sunbursts” painted in gold. Notice the ornamental columns on the porch from the high Queen Anne period.
