Queen Anne - Colonial Revival - Joseph Leonard built in 1891 and 1893 Cost between $3,500 and $6,500

The rest of that side of the street is populated by Joseph Leonard houses, all except for one are Queen Anne in style and built on the same year 1891 at approximately the same costs, between $3,500 and $4,600 for 1824. Notice that all the houses retain most of the original details of the style, especially calling out 1824's porch, still displaying its spindles and fretwork.

Only 1814 was built two years later, in 1893 in the Colonial Revival style, and was the most expensive coming it at $6,500. Notice the beautiful side entrance with a round, columned portico.
