Set off by a native live oak, this sprightly Queen Anne-Colonial Revival design begins the row of six similar high-basement cottages on the 1300 block of Pacific Avenue. The house features a corner turret and a gabled portico. A sunburst fanlight and paired Romanesque arches spring from Tuscan columns. The house now contains two units, and a garage has been added under the porch.
