This intact cottage and 1215 Pacific each have similar gable ornament and curving bays with oak-leaf friezes. The delightful turret-like porch retains its balustrade and trim. The swag frieze is a Colonial Revival touch. The front door is original with a unique fan-shaped decoration at the bottom.
