E.J DeSabla commissioned this row across the street. They were among the firm’s first houses in the neighborhood. Originally identical, they have been altered to varying degrees. The most intact of the row is 1608, which retains a sunburst facade of the sort favored by the firm in its early Queen Anne phase.
