Addendum

The continuing goal of AAPS is to increase public awareness and appreciation of historic architecture in Alameda. If you are selected for an award, you can assist us in our goal by displaying a plaque on your historic property where it is visible to the public. However, it is not necessary to accept a plaque in order to accept the Preservation Award.

Please fill out below agreement with your nomination application. Contact AAPS Plaques at 510-463-4966 if you have any questions about the plaques. If you accept the plaque, please remember that it must be displayed and contact us with any problems that you encounter in doing so.
