The Alameda Architectural Preservation Society (AAPS) invites you to attend a ceremony as we dedicate a plaque depicting Alameda City Hall with its tower as it appeared when it was completed in 1896. Alameda City Hall is Alameda Historical Monument #1.
As we dedicate this plaque, AAPS will also be announcing the beginning of a comprehensive plaque program. The plaques will honor other monuments and historic buildings and educate the public about our city’s historic architectural resources.
